From a young age, I would watch mom cutting up Bell peppers. As she was cutting them, I would always sneak a few pieces to go directly into my mouth.
My favorite Bell pepper is a yellow one. It's so sweet. Orange is a close second, then red.
Green is still good, but let's face it. It's obviously more bitter than the sweet ones.
This week, I made a delicious stuffed Bell pepper recipe that was so good that mom hid the leftovers from me!
