I know you're wanting to get starting on your Valentine's Day planning so I planned out the perfect cookie recipe for you.

These are shortbread cookies and I don't know if you've ever had Pecan Sandies, but you may want to pick up some pecans in your next grocery trip because they would be delicious in this cookie too.

 

Pecans aren't actually in the Mexican Pink Cookies here, but it's good for you to have a nice solid cookie recipe with options.

 

This afternoon, I made a batch of these cookies without food coloring because I want to put them through a food processor.
