I always use the bread machine to make pizza dough because it's just so easy. But, if you don't have a bread machine, you can use the same recipe and make it in a bowl or a standing mixer.
Be sure to plan ahead so you can chill the dough. I chill it overnight but even 30 minutes of chill time will make it easier to roll out your dough.
You can make a pepperoni pizza or cheese pizza which is a great choice, of course. If you want something more creative, you have options.
