Take a look at this incredible dish. We got some beef roast from my sister's farm and I really wanted to try beef birria ramen. I used my Chicken Birria recipe but used the chuck roast instead. Cook it your favorite way: crockpot, instant pot or oven.
Once the meat was fully cooked, I shredded it and added a serving of the beef and a block of ramen to a medium sauce pan. Add enough of the birria liquid to cook the ramen noodles.
This was first created by a chef in Mexico City named Antonio de Livier. He calls it "Birriamen". So fun. And, it's delicious!
