It's true. No matter how much I love tamales and fried tacos, I can admit that they're not that great for you. You need to counter that with things that ARE healthy and good for you.
People don't eat tamales every day in Mexico. They are saved for special occasions. It's all about balance. But, really, do we have some healthier choices in Mexican food?
