Corn tortillas will break easily if they're cold. The key to rolling them is to heat them up first.
Traditionally, you heated them by frying them a bit on the grill or comal (short lipped skillet).
Dipping them briefly into sauce straight from the pan is also a traditional method. You have to be careful,
though! Too much sauce will cause the tortilla to get saturated and it will fall apart from that as well.
Another alternative is to dip quickly then fry in a comal to sear in the sauce. Yum!
