When I set out to make my own Tres Leches Cake, there was a shortage of sweetened condensed milk at the store. The anguish!

It was then that I spotted some cans of Coconut sweetened condensed milk. I had no idea that there was such a thing at the time, but I'm so glad I found it!

Since I was already using coconut sweetened condensed milk, I went ahead with the Dairy Free theme for this cake. Why not make a cake with three non-dairy milks?
