Have you seen some dessert recipes using sour cream? That's the secret ingredient for super moist cakes and other baked goods.

Sour cream is high fat and works so much better than milk. You get a super moist and rich taste. So good!

I've used sour cream and butter for this Raspberry Swirl Cake. It's a golden yellow cake with a ribbon of delicious raspberry filling in the center.

I wanted to use one of our Nordic Ware bundt pans which have fun shapes. Since I wanted to let that shape show, I used a light dusting of powdered sugar on the top.

You could also make a drizzle from powdered sugar. If you use some of the raspberry filling in the icing, you'll get more pink color, perfect for special occasions.
