I've used sour cream and butter for this Raspberry Swirl Cake. It's a golden yellow cake with a ribbon of delicious raspberry filling in the center.
I wanted to use one of our Nordic Ware bundt pans which have fun shapes. Since I wanted to let that shape show, I used a light
dusting of powdered sugar on the top.
You could also make a drizzle from powdered sugar. If you use some of the raspberry filling in the icing, you'll get more pink color, perfect for special occasions.
