Have you ever tried Spinach Artichoke Dip? I love to make it for dipping crackers or chips. You could also dip celery or carrot sticks instead. 

Spinach Artichoke Dip is a cold, no-cook dip so it's really super easy to make and serve right away.

But, this time, I decided that I wanted to try it hot. Yum! I mixed it into some rotini and I was shocked. It tasted so much like Alfredo that I wanted to add some diced chicken too. 

This week, I also made some Gnocchi and Sausage Soup in the Instant Pot. It's been awhile since I made it and I almost forgot how great it tastes.

It's so creamy that you might think there was cheese in it. It's the potato gnocchi, though. It releases some potato starch and makes the soup so hearty that you could swirl in a breadstick like it's a dip. So good!
