This recipe is so wonderfully easy. We purposely didn't bread the chicken breasts so we could keep this gluten free. The only ingredients besides the chicken is chicken stock, butter and lemon, with your usual seasonings.
Again, if you don't have chicken stock in the pantry, you can use water with bouillon cubes or paste. Mom says she would add some white wine. I love white wine cooked down in sauteed mushrooms so I'm all for it.
You may not have fresh lemons, so grab some bottled lemon juice. Definitely look for the lemon pepper seasoning in your spice cupboard!
