Last weekend, I made a batch of Baked Spaghetti. Actually, I made two batches. I split it up between two casserole dishes.
I took one casserole over to my grandmother's house and I ate the other casserole all by myself. Mom has sworn off pasta so it was All. Mine.
This is a really terrific recipe using only one pound of ground beef. You can really spread that ground beef out when you try. And, right now, ground beef is crazy expensive.
I'm always a fan of making things to cut costs so this recipe is perfect. I was able to munch on it for at least three days. Delicious!
