This last week, I worked on something so amazing. I made jam. And, I made jam. And, I made jam. Four times! I made four different flavors of jam: blackberry, strawberry, peach and blueberry.
Only 30 minutes, with only three ingredients! Incredible!
For each of these jams, I made only one adorable jar. Imagine! You don't need to trim peaches forever in order to get jam. You can simply make enough to pop in the refrigerator.
This turns out to be perfect for mom and me because we rarely eat any jelly at all. There are times when you need a spot of jam for your biscuit, though. Yum!
