►How do you sift without a sifter?

There's always a way.

This week, I made these delicious cookies. They're chocolate because 24Bite is all about the craves. What's more craveable than chocolate?

I don't know about you, but I love Subway cookies. It's the size and the soft cookie. I love that I can use a different size scoop and I can get these perfectly round 4" cookies.

Naturally, I wanted to make peanut butter frosting because, you know, chocolate and peanut butter.

What I don't like is using the sifter. It seems to take forever. Or, maybe, I just don't have the right technique.

Lumpy frosting is just unacceptable so I still need to do something about it before I mix it.

I'm saved from that tedious task of sifting by using a fine mesh strainer. Gently tap the side of the strainer into a bowl or dish.
