If you're in the southern part of the United States, you may be like us. We've got an over abundance of peppers in the garden right now. 

 

Anaheim Peppers are a favorite so they're going crazy. Some are even waiting so long that they've turned red!

Anaheim Peppers aren't really spicy so we use them like green bell peppers. I've made this Green Chile Chicken Soup. Green chiles and chicken are so perfect together.

Some of you may have heard of Flan before? It's a smooth, sweet custard style pie that's covered with a sugary syrup. It's incredible!

 

Mom suggested the homemade spun sugar decorations. I was skeptical that sugar could turn into this awesome edible garnish.
